Very good breakfast. Biscuits and sausage gravy was very good. Hash browns were seasoned well and biscuit was good with my eggs and bacon. Very friendly people and great service.

Place is awesome. Portions are huge beware you must be a very hungry person to eat the short stack. Food is made fresh to order and the service is awesome.

Great pancake breakfast. Snack and cozy. Going to be my new breakfast place. Be warned, the pancakes are huuuuge. I got the 2 pancake 3 egg and sausage plate. Couldn't finish it. One with 2 eggs will do. But if you have a big appetite, it won't disappoint. Can't wait to try their biscuits and gravy.

I have visited the Bayside Cafe twice, both times the food and service was excellent. On Monday I had the Meatloaf Special which included a salad, mashed potatoes, green beans with bacon and later a piece of cake for dessert. Besides the waitress serving you, Sandy the owner of the Cafe looks after you to make sure yout tea is full or if there is anything else you need... You can tell they love their customers...

Outstanding service, food and people. Why go anywhere else in our community. Even with the challenges from the panemic the food quality has not suffered. Sandy is a great person who makes you feel like family. Looking forward to when we can dine inside again but, the takeout service for now is to perfection.

Best breakfast in SPI area. Pancakes to die for, eggs are always done perfectly, always great quality ingredients lots of food for the money. Closed on Saturdays.

Warm, friendly, and homely small-town cafe, offering the usual American and Mexican fares the Rio Grande Valley is known for. The portions are generous, the prices reasonable, and the staff is attentive. Worth a stop for a coffee, a quick bite, or a proper meal!

Great biscuit breakfast sandwich, great coffee and service with a smile.

Fish sandwich was very lacking. Lots of tots cooked very well. We weren't offered desert or more tea. Friends salad had fried chicken when she ordered grilled. The owner gave me a horrible face when said there would be 6 in our party. Hopefully the next time we go food & service will be better.
